Shipping & Delivery Policy
HackGRU sells digital services only. Nothing is physically shipped — here's exactly how and when you receive what you paid for.
1. No physical shipping
Hackgenix Tech Private Limited provides digital educational services only. We do not sell, ship, courier or deliver any physical goods, merchandise, printed books, hardware or storage media.
Accordingly, no shipping charges, courier fees, delivery charges or logistics costs apply to any purchase made on this Platform. There is no delivery address to provide, no tracking number to follow, and no waiting for a parcel.
This policy exists to state our delivery terms clearly for customers and payment partners, and describes how our digital services are delivered instead.
2. What you actually receive
When you purchase a course, you receive digital access to:
- Live online sessions — mentor-led classes delivered over video conferencing, on the published schedule;
- Session recordings — uploaded to your dashboard, typically within 24 hours of each session;
- Course materials — slides, code repositories, assignments and project briefs, accessible in your account;
- Doubt-clearing support — access to the cohort support channel and office hours;
- A digital certificate — issued electronically on successful completion.
All of the above are delivered electronically through your HackGRU account at https://www.hackgru.com and our mobile applications.
3. Delivery timeline

Cohort start dates: purchasing reserves your seat in the upcoming cohort. Platform access begins immediately; live sessions begin on the cohort start date published on the course page.
4. How to access your purchase
- Complete payment through our secure Razorpay checkout.
- You are redirected to your dashboard and receive a confirmation email.
- Log in at https://www.hackgru.com with your registered email and password.
- Open Dashboard → My Courses — your course appears there immediately.
- Session links, recordings and materials all live inside that course.
5. How long access lasts
- Live sessions — for the duration of your cohort, per the published schedule.
- Recordings and materials — lifetime access through your account, for as long as the Platform operates and your account remains in good standing.
- Support channel — for the duration of your cohort plus 30 days.
If we ever discontinue the Platform, we will give reasonable notice and a window to download your materials and certificates.
6. If you don't receive access
If your payment succeeded but access hasn't appeared within 24 hours:
- Log out and log back in — access is tied to your account, not your browser session.
- Check the email address you registered with (and your spam folder) for the confirmation.
- Still nothing? Email info@hackgru.com with your payment/order ID.
We resolve access issues as a priority — typically within one business day. If we cannot grant the access you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. What you need at your end
Because delivery is digital, access depends on your own setup. You will need:
- A computer or smartphone with a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, current version);
- A stable internet connection — a minimum of 2 Mbps for live video, 5 Mbps recommended;
- A working email address that can receive our mail;
- For coding courses: a laptop meeting the prerequisites listed on the course page.
We are not able to refund or extend access for issues caused by your own hardware, connectivity or email filtering — but our support team will always try to help you get set up.
8. International learners
Our courses are delivered online and are available to learners outside India. All session timings are published in Indian Standard Time (IST) — please convert to your local time zone before enrolling. All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); your bank may apply conversion or foreign-transaction charges, which are not within our control. No physical shipping applies regardless of your location.
